On August 21, 2019, San Luis Valley Federal Bank, Alamosa, Colorado, completed its reorganization from a mutual savings bank to the mutual holding company form of organization. In connection with the reorganization, the bank formed Colorado Mutual Holding Company, which owns 100% of Colorado Mutual Bancorp.  Colorado Mutual Bancorp owns 100% of San Luis Valley Federal Savings Bank.

Luse Gorman served as legal counsel to San Luis Valley Federal Bank in the reorganization.  The Luse Gorman team consisted of Thomas P. Hutton and Michael J. Brown.

San Luis Valley Federal Bank has $273.5 million in total assets and operates from its main office and three branch offices in the San Luis Valley of Colorado.
