Richard Garabedian and Kent Krudys, together with Janice Hollar of RP Financial, presented on the Legal and Financial Ramifications of Mergers and Acquisitions for credit unions. Messrs. Garabedian and Krudys focused on the new fiduciary rules for credit union directors and the new NCUA disclosure rules for mergers.
