On July 28, 2015, ESSA Bancorp, Inc. (“ESSA Bancorp”), Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, entered into an agreement to acquire Eagle National Bancorp, Inc. (“EN Bancorp”), Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, for approximately $25.3 million.
