On October 10, 2025, First Interstate Bank, Billings, Montana, completed its previously announced sale of twelve branches – ten Arizona branches and two Kansas branches – to Enterprise Bank & Trust.

First Interstate Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of First Interstate BancSystem, Inc., operates in Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming. First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. has approximately $27.6 billion in assets.
