On April 1, 2026, Blue Foundry Bancorp, Rutherford, New Jersey, the holding company for Blue Foundry Bank, completed its merger with and into Fulton Financial Corporation, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the holding company for Fulton Bank, N.A.
