On Tuesday, October 30, Eric Luse and Jeff Cardone gave a presentation on “Recent Developments in Executive Compensation” at the 2018 New York Bankers Association Financial Services Forum in Key Biscayne, Florida. The presentation focused on new changes to IRC Section 162(m) and its impact on compensation planning, ways to mitigate the effect of IRC Section 280G, the impact of proxy advisory firms, compensation practices, due diligence and planning in connection with mergers and acquisitions, changes in proxy disclosure rules and trends in incentive compensation pay.
