Robert Lipsher has been actively involved in representing banks, savings institutions and holding companies for more than 25 years. Mr. Lipsher specializes in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and securities law, and corporate reorganizations, including mutual-to-stock conversions and mutual holding company formations. His practice also includes representing investment banking firms.
Mr. Lipsher has been a frequent speaker at various conferences and seminars sponsored by the financial services industry.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Lipsher was an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission, serving in various capacities including as Counsel to the Commissioner.
